Outbreak: The Nightmare Chronicles – Door Access Codes

Outbreak: The Nightmare Chronicles features several locked doors requiring codes hidden throughout the environment; this guide will help you find and unlock them.

Starting Room/First Safe Room: 1234

• Code Location: On the bed, you’ll find a Diary containing the code.

• Door: The only door in the room.

First Hall: 151324

• Code Location: Check the Diary after entering the hall for a codex, and find the code written on the wall in blood.

• Door: Located at the end of the hall.

Second Safe Room: 987321

• Code Location: A Diary with the code is on the couch in the parlor at the bottom of the stairs.

• Door: At the top of the stairs, go left.

Forest/Garden: 3851

• Code Location: Across the foyer from the second safe room, in the dining room, there’s a Diary on the table containing the code.

• Door: Next to the couch in the parlor where you found the second safe room code.

Bathroom: 426

• Code Location: Numbers are written on the shower, toilet, and sink. Refer to the Diary in the bathroom for the correct sequence.

• Door: The unused door in the room.

Fan Hall: 995511

• Code Location: A Diary on one of the gurneys provides the code and instructs you to look behind the fans.

• “Door”: Use the code at the computer inside the unlocked door in the Fan Hall.
