PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS: How to Boost Your FPS?

Do you want to squeeze some more fps out of your potato computer then this is the guide for you. This guide will only go over things that can make you get more fps.
Follow these simple steps;
1-/ Local Files
- Go to C:\Users\PC NAME\AppData\Local\TslGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
- or press Windows KEY and R to open Windows search and search “%appdata%, go to Local\TslGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
- Open “GameUserSetting”
- Change your settings to the following:
sg.ResolutionQuality=100.000000
sg.ViewDistanceQuality=1
sg.AntiAliasingQuality=1
sg.ShadowQuality=0
sg.PostProcessQuality=0
sg.TextureQuality=0
sg.EffectsQuality=1
sg.FoliageQuality=0
bMotionBlur=False
bUseVSync=False
FullscreenMode=2
FrameRateLimit=-1.000000
- If you want even more FPS, lower your resolution. (Some people may not like this).
- To lower your resolution, change your settings to the following:
DesiredScreenWidth=1280
DesiredScreenHeight=720
- Once you’re done, click file then save.
2-/ Launch Options
- Go to your Steam library
- Find PLAYERUNKNOWNS BATTLEGROUND
- Right click the game
- Click “Properties”
- Click “Set Launch Options”
- Copy and paste the following: -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -malloc=system -sm4
- Click “OK”
3-/ NVIDIA 3D Settings
- Open NVIDIA Control Panel
- Under 3D Settings, click “Manage 3D Settings”
- Click “Add”
- Click “Browse”
- Go to PLAYERUNKNOWNS BATTLEGROUND’s local files
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\Win64
- Choose TslGame.exe
- Change your settings to the following:
- Maximum pre-rendered frames: 1
- Multi-display/mixed GPU acceleration: Single display performance mode
- Power management mode: Prefer maximum performance
- Vertical sync: Off
4-/ Driver Update
Make sure to update all your drivers, especially for your graphics card!
