Yes, you can! When starting the first time, you get asked if you want to Import them. If you missed it, you can go under Options -> Extras -> Import save data to open the dialog again.
Important: The “Import save data” option is only there when the game found save data from the steam version in the correct folder.
Path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\ <Your ID> \20500\remote
