Fight The Ent on Earth in The Choking Hallow. It’s random which boss you’ll get; you can also get Singe instead. The key if you want this weapon is to NOT damage his leg so much that it falls off. Once you kill The Ent, you will receive the Spore Gland material.
Go back to Ward 13 and head over to McCabe. She will be able to craft the Sporebloom, which takes the Spore Gland and 7 Lumenite Crystal to create.
