In Yaesha, when you’re just about to the Totem Father boss fight, you’ll see a totem nearby you can shoot. Fire at it to turn the red side of it towards you. Go and fight the Totem Father and slay him. This will earn you the Tempest Heartstring material. Take that to Ward 13 and bring it to McCabe. To craft the spear, give her the Tempest Hearstring, 7 Lumenite Crystal, and 650 Scrap!
