Your first chance to do this is in Kuwaq Yaku. After having enteret the ruins Abby pointed you to, follow the path and eliminate the soldiers to arrive at a mud puddle. Cover yourself in mud and proceed through the hole in the wall, where you will have the opportunity to get this achievement.
