Defeat a boss without taking any damage.
To clarify, you can’t lose HP from a boss fight at all. So you need to block all attacks.
Probably the easiest to do on the floor 1 boss The Guardian. As long as you can stop the charged ~30 attacks by forcing him to change form, he hits at most for 20dmg a turn or 12 when weakened, and that’s easy enough to stop incoming damage.
