Have 3 or fewer cards in hand, draw, and discard pile combined.
A Metallicize+Duel Wield deck with True Grit+/Burning Pacts is the slowest and most solid deck to win while doing this achievement because you really need a lot of time.
Alternatively, get any card with Exhaust on Floor 1 and take your time against a Slime.
