Win a battle with 1 HP remaining.
If you happen to not get it at some point in the middle of the run, then you can set it up on floor 1 in multiple different ways. One of the easier ways is to encounter a Slaver as The Silent at full HP, then let it hit you for 7 damage 3 times and 12 damage 4 times adding up to 69 damage in total allow you to win at 1HP. Make sure to not use Neutralize to not screw up the math.
