Street Fighter 6 World Tour: How to Become Juri’s Student
Street Fighter 6’s World Tour mode offers players a rich, story-driven experience that enables you to select mentors and learn from masters in the game. Among the mentors, Juri stands out as a compelling and popular choice. This guide provides a comprehensive walkthrough on how to unlock Juri as your mentor.
Getting Started
Before you proceed, keep in mind that you can’t become Juri’s student until you’ve reached Chapter 12-2. This requirement exists because the Nayshall hangout needs to be unlocked first. Think of it as the meeting point for your future mentor-student relationship with Juri.
Beginning the Hard-boiled Adventure
Once you’ve reached Chapter 12-2, head to Nayshall. Here, an intriguing quest called ‘A Hard-boiled Adventure’ awaits. This quest is given by an NPC named Govind. He’s easy to spot – he’s always by an unconscious person on the ground. Accept the quest from Govind, and you’re ready to embark on your thrilling journey to become Juri’s student.
A Visit to the Central Bazaar and a Shift in Time
Your next stop is the Central Bazaar. Here, you’ll need to converse with Sandal and Capana. They’re in the same area where Govind gave you the quest. After speaking briefly with these two, head back to the Nayshall hangout and shift the time to night. The time change is crucial for the next steps.
A Fight in the South Alleyway
With the moon high in the sky, stroll down the South Alleyway. You’ll encounter Govind once more. Prepare for a fight with him. After you’ve defeated him, continue down the alleyway where you met him. There, in the dimly lit alleyway, you’ll find Juri standing nonchalantly.
Talking to Juri and Becoming Her Student
The moment you approach Juri, she challenges you to a fight. But don’t worry, it’s all part of the process. Post-fight, you’ll enter a conversation with her.
When she tells you to scram, choose the reply, “That’s not the only reason why I’m here.” Next, when she teases, “You want to play with me, cutie,” respond with a cheeky “Yes, please.” Although the dialogue might sound a little off, continue following the dialogue prompts.
After these exchanges, a cutscene plays. Juri lands a few good hits on your character, but don’t worry – there’s no cause for alarm. Your character then mirrors her fighting stance and, subsequently, Juri agrees to become your mentor.
