In this guide you can see where the Note locations and Cache locations for the Sidequest “Milton Supply Caches” are.
The Circle shows the location of the Note.
The Square shows the location of the Cache.

Red:
– Note is inside the house
– Cache is inside the cave near the radio tower
Yellow:
– Note is inside the green car on the way to the gas station
– Cache is near the church; behind a fallen tree log
Blue:
– Note is given by Grey Mother
– Cache is behind a broken fence in the “garden”
