Phantom Balloon Boy is a dark-green version of Balloon Boy, still with his propeller hat but missing his sign and balloon.

Behavior:

Phantom Balloon Boy will appear on your monitor at random, then appear in your office and jumpscare you.

Strategy:

Thankfully, all you have to do to ward Balloon Boy off is to view a different camera or close the monitor completely. Doing so will prevent a jump scare if you were quick enough.
