Upgrade a weapon to level 5
Each weapon that you find can be upgraded a total of 5 times each by using workbenches at any safehouse, or your office. These upgrades require crafting materials, which are randomly dropped by enemies and found by scavenging containers.
Additionally, they can be purchased from various trading merchants. If you haven’t had good luck in finding the mats yourself, they can be bought from vendors in the West End district once you reach Chapter 4.
