Don’t forget, natural disasters like volcanoes erupting or huge tsunamis can add to the chaos.
This havoc, or devastation, hits the state hard — it’s not exactly a hotspot for people looking to move, the infrastructure gets wrecked, and more folks might end up in a bad way. And if it’s super severe, it can throw a wrench in the works, slowing things down big time. Once the trouble’s over, expect it to take a decent chunk of time, especially if the state’s taken a real beating, to bounce back and get things on track again…
