Victoria 3: Devastation

Victoria 3: Devastation

When enemy troops hit up a state and take control, it causes a whole lot of havoc. The level of damage really depends on how intense the battles are, the tech being used, and how long the enemies are hunkering down there. Don’t forget, natural disasters like volcanoes erupting or huge tsunamis can add to the chaos.

Victoria 3: Devastation

This havoc, or devastation, hits the state hard — it’s not exactly a hotspot for people looking to move, the infrastructure gets wrecked, and more folks might end up in a bad way. And if it’s super severe, it can throw a wrench in the works, slowing things down big time. Once the trouble’s over, expect it to take a decent chunk of time, especially if the state’s taken a real beating, to bounce back and get things on track again…
