The main tools in your diplomatic toolbox for shaping relations are the “Improve Relations” and “Damage Relations” actions. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg—there’s a whole bunch of other stuff, like events, diplomatic incidents, and special moves like “Expel Diplomats,” that can also sway things for better or worse.
Now, “Expel Diplomats” is a handy trick if you want to keep another country at arm’s length and mess with their diplomatic game. Just be careful, because while it might cool down their friendly advances, it’ll also rack up some infamy for you, which could have its own set of consequences.
