Where to Find Rare Flowers in Ark: Survival Ascended – The Island Map
Alright survivors, gather round for the lowdown on hunting those tricky rare flowers in Ark Survival Ascended on The Island map; I’m about to dish out the details on the prime spots -> where you can score big on these sought-after blooms.
Red Obelisk Territory – Waterfall Wonderland
First stop? Head east from the Red Obelisk, & you’re in for a visual treat with a series of stunning waterfalls along the coast… Now here’s the kicker: nestled on a quaint island right there is a grove of pitcher plants. Usually, these plants are swamp dwellers, but here they’re just chillin’ in the open (coordinates: 79.8, 17.1). Roll up with a dino that’s a pro at berry picking – I’m talking a trike on steroids – & you’ll bag yourself a mix of rare flowers & Plant X seeds; it’s a goldmine, guys…
North of the Green Obelisk – Lake Land
Next up, swing by the lake north of the green Obelisk, around 44.4, 76.6… This area’s got some rad cave vibes with its ridges & all. But wait, there’s more: head south of that lake, straight to the edge of the swamp, & boom! You’ll hit a massive grove of pitcher plants (coordinates: 47.7, 75.6). No need to get your hands dirty in the swamp; these babies are right on the edge, easy pickings.
East of Green Obelisk – Swamp Exploration
Feeling brave?? Head east of the green Obelisk, toward the ocean. You’ll find a pool with a cascading waterfall… The swamp area to the north here is practically bursting with rare flowers. Scope out the area from 54.8, 85.1 to 50, 85.8 for the best hauls. Pro tip: mount a Thylacoleo with beastly melee damage & tear through those Plant X seed pods. You’ll be swimming in rare flowers before you know it… & the best part? A Thylacoleo can handle any swamp creatures that try to crash your party.
Mountain Time – Anky’s Flower Feast
Mountains, anyone? If you’re already up there grinding for crystal, obsidian, & metal with your Anky, don’t overlook the red flowers. These are basically Anky candy. Hit up spots like 57.6, 47.7, or 34.8, 61.1, & let’s not forget 32.5, 83.5… Just a heads-up: keep an eye out for local carnivores. Wouldn’t want your resource run to turn into a free dinner for them, right??
Beaver Dams – Treasure Troves
Last on our list, but definitely not the least: beaver dams. These are the treasure chests of Ark, loaded with rare flowers, silica pearls, cementing paste, & rare mushrooms. Here’s a pro gamer move: set up outposts near these dams for easy loot whenever they respawn; that way you can swoop in for the goods every time they respawn… Talk about efficient!
