Destroy Tapes
A girl at Hacker Central will give you the task of destroying tapes with information about rebels that need to be destroyed. Go to Manhattan Bunker District and destroy all 3 of them.
Destroy Sumerian Tablets
A girl at hangar bay will give you the task to destroy Sumerian tablets, a language that can be used to understand the Da’at Yichud technology. Go to Roswell Underground District, and about halfway, you’ll find a solitary train cabinet. 2 Tablets will be in the same room, the other above on a metal bridge.
Save cousin
A guy at set’s Labo place will ask you to liberate his captured cousin. Go to Venus Oberkommando Mission and set him free. After you take the lift, about halfway mission, it will be on the right side of the corridor. It has Buro für Informationsgewinnung on it (left of 2).
Feed Rosa
Feed Rosa with some potatoes; the pig is found near BJ’s hut.
Max Toys
You’ll have to find 15 toys of Max Hass scattered throughout the districts. Plenty of guides online to find them. In the end, it should look like this.
Rat Problem
A guy next to the ammo depot will ask you to kill a rat in Ammo Depot.
Just lift the object that lies on the rat and let him run free.

There is also 2 side missions for the other 2 contraptions. When you find them in the enigma machine missions you have to talk to an NPC on the sub and do a side mission in the sub to unlock the perk for the contraption. The NPC is first available to tell you what level to go to in order to find the contraption. Then an NPC will appear on the sub AFTER you get the contraption so you can unlock the perk.
